zzzzzz...

Right now, I am avoiding my nap. On mondays and wednesdays I have a four hour break between classes were I usually sleep for three of those four hours. But, this makes me not be able to fall asleep at night which is extremely frustrating. I'm trying to keep myself occupied but my bed looks so comfy and inviting.

  1. Melatonin is safe, I think it's a vitamin, and you can get it at grocery stores and drugstores.

    Or turkey for tryptaphane (sp?).

    Or some night-time tea.

    But I'd go with Melatonin. It makes you drowsy and then you're off to sleep.
